The main purpose

Working principle
The piston in the discharge cylinder of the pneumatic paste filling machine initially stays at the upper end position in the discharge cylinder, and is pushed when filling the paste of facial cleanser, lipstick, ink, cream, sunscreen, cosmetics, etc. After the air stroke switch, the pneumatic reversing valve is reversed, and the compressed air enters the upper end of the cylinder, so that the piston in the discharge cylinder moves downward. At this time, the discharge valve opens to fill the paste. The discharge piston moves downward, and the positioning plate on the discharge rod moves downward. When the quantitative disk touches the lower air stroke switch (controlled by the filling adjustment handle), the pneumatic reversing valve is reversed and compressed. Air enters the lower end of the cylinder, moving the piston up (up to the initial state), while the feed valve opens and the discharge valve closes, at which point one duty cycle ends. The filling volume of the pneumatic paste filling machine can be adjusted by the filling amount adjustment handle, the counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the filling amount, and the clockwise adjustment is to reduce the filling amount.
